Assignments S-parameters

In preparation for the tests, do these problems.

Pg. 245 of Pozar's 2nd Edition or Pg. 217 of 3rd Edition: # 4.5, 4.6, 4.8, 4.9, 4.16. Submit only 4.9 and 4.16, by 23 March to WARAS.

Assignment #1

I went through the assignments briefly, and generally, i am not happy with the articles.

1. Most of you plagiarised from the books.
   
2. Most did not write on a specific topic related to the history of microwaves.

I suggest that you resubmit the assignment by picking a specific thing related to microwave engineering and write about its history. If you feel that you do not want to resubmit, then i will consider that you feel what you sent earlier was alright. Resubmission is optional i will grade accordingly.

Furthermore, please write properly as i will post the articles on this site for the world to see. No plagiarism, no copying, and no bad grammar!

The deadline for this submission is by 5:00 pm on July 31, 2008.
